Changing your nickname: To change your nickname, type: /nick YourNickname

Registering your nickname: If no one else on the server is using your chosen nickname, you can register it and make it your own. To do this,
you will need to be on the nickname you wish to register and then enter: /ns register YourPassword YourEmail   Once you have done this, you
will receive a confirmation e-mail. After following the link inside, your name will become active.  Please Note: If someone has already registered
your desired nickname, your name will be changed to "Guest" after a short period of time.

Identifying with your nickname: After registering your nickname, the next time you log on with it you will need to enter your password so
that the server will be able to confirm your identity. There are two means of doing this, both of which are very easily. 1) Before you log in, you
will see a checkbox that says "Identify to nickserv". You may check this box and type in your password to be automatically identified once you
connect to the server. 2) If you are already logged on under your registered name, you may type: /ns identify YourPassword

If you are confused about any of this, don't hesitate to ask for help in the channel. There's virtually always someone around to help you!
